Pursuant to House Enrolled Act (HEA) 1243, the Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) will publish an approved list of high-quality, age-appropriate internet safety curricula that schools may optionally use to support their internet safety instruction. This memo, distributed in June 2024, serves to inform schools of the expected timeline for vendor submission of materials, the review process, and the publication of the approved list of providers.
